Sales Coordinator

Leading Northern San Diego activebrand is currently looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Wholesale Customer Support

o   Enterand modify orders; includes uploading EDI transmissions and dealer websiteorders   

o   Managekey account orders from order inception to delivery ensuring compliance atevery step of the supply chain including, but not limited to, EDI, ASN,Routing, Compliance, ticketing and pre-packing

o   Reviewand confirm all pricing, discounts and terms are correct in the system for allEDI customers prior to ship date

o   Liaisewith Production, Shipping, Allocation, Customers, Customer Service and SalesReps, as needed, to ensure compliance and execution of best practices

o   Assistcustomers with product purchases and assortments by providing the most up todate sales information for their specific distribution channel and providingpersonal product knowledge

o   ProvideATS reports for all regional customers and solve inventory issues

o   Monitorand maintain all open orders in designated territories; maintain communicationwith sales rep and customer regarding order status (i.e. back orders,cancellations and adjustments, credit holds, hold for confirmation, etc.)

o   Ensurethat all open orders are shipped out on the scheduled ship date and prior tocancel date

o   Manipulateopen order reports to ensure accuracy and shipping timelines; communicateinformation to sales representatives and customers

o   Provideand create return authorizations for warranty and other product issues

o   Workdirectly with customers and accounting department regarding credit issues,invoicing and terms

o   Respondto all wholesale inquiries and distribute contact and distribution informationto the appropriate sales representative

o   Workwith the Sales and Customer Service team to ensure that all customers are takencare of in a timely manner

o  Maintainand create dealer mailing lists, including packaging and mailing items


Outside Sales Rep Support

o   Workwith Sales Representatives to assist our dealers in all aspects of theirbusiness as it pertains to sales

o   Assistwith qualifying new accounts

o   Checkterritories for distribution conflicts

o   MaintainCRM database

o   Assistat tradeshows

o   Preparesamples

o   Enterdata in system

o   Supportregional representatives by making direct sales calls, tending to all customerservice needs and providing necessary sales tools

o   Travelto regional and national tradeshows / meetings when necessary to support representativesand Sales Management

Educationand Experience Requirements:

o   Minimumof 2 years of wholesale sales experience (retail sales experience also is aplus) with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills

o   Experiencewith and proficient knowledge of EDI required

o   Ordermanagement experience, working with allocations and the distribution center onorder fulfillment

o   Musthave previous telephone customer service experience

o   Musthave data entry experience and skills

o  Analyticalskills, ability to review and interpret large amounts of data from reports/spreadsheets
