Sales Coordinator

Leading Beauty Brand is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team for a 6-8 month Mat Leave assignment. 

Objective: Highly organized and detail oriented sales professional with strong attention to detail targeted at handling pre and post sales processes related activities. Assist Account Manager in daily demands of the business, both store and eCommerce channels. This rile will provide administrative support to different departments aimed at coordinating sales efforts appropriately. Position will require strong communication with cross functional departments internally as well as with the retail buying team. 


  • Order Entry:
    • Create, track, and manage all no-cost orders
      • Place collateral orders, merchandising, samples and monthly PRPD
  • Shipping:
    • Manage all sample shipments, along with marketing collateral and gratis for internal sales team
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Assist in compiling and printing out appropriate documents for specific meetings
    • Place lunch orders, dinner reservations for internal/external team
    • Partner with events team for meeting set up. Collateral shipment, meeting décor set up, vendor deliveries etc.
  • Contracts:
    • Send scanned contracts to finance and hand off to account manager to enter into system
    • Organize internal contract file and running annual spreadsheet
  • PIM:
    • Create all seasonal and promotional PIM uploads for SKU set up
      • Create job tickets to receive all necessary information to complete PIM uploads
      • Work with regulatory team to get weight and measurements on SKU’s
  • Marketing:
    • Complete weekly product comparison tracking spreadsheet. Review product reviews and compare to brand competitors. Compile running spreadsheet with ratings, reviews and digital assets for PDP’s.
    • Manage internal master MAG/TAB folder. Accounting for each ad that is run in  yearly marketing calendar
    • Compile and oversee all launch strategy one sheet documents. Work with multiple teams to acquire information and review with direct manager
    • Work with account manager on details to enter tickets for creative asset requests and marketing designs
  • Reporting:
    • Adhoc projects for .com business + reporting as needed
    • Create internal monthly business tracker to include top line sales along with detailed notes on business (shipment call outs, merchandising, dot com highlights etc.) To be used to refer back to for YOY information
  • Earnings Call
    • Schedule a conference room for quarterly calls for internal account team
    • Listen and provide recap of key call outs for Executives
  • Product Management:
    • Organize warehouse product upon newness arrivals along with internal PRPD cabinet
    • Work with internal facilities team on pack out shipments
