Sales Director

Client Overview:

In this highly visible role, you would be responsible for theconceptualization, development and execution of sales strategy and educationprograms and support tools responding to sales channel and market needs.



• Develop sales strategy based on geographic territories marketsegmentation and sales channels

• Implement marketing and sales programs/solutions for the acquisitionand retention of consumers

• Manage and mentor independent field representative development

• Mange and develop Client Service Associates in the production of alleducation tools and materials, maintenance of the CRM system, pipeline buildout by region and weekly reporting

• Manage and direct a concert of deadlines across all client accounts
• Provide ongoing analysis of business, including weekly, monthly, seasonal andyearly reports


Key Qualifications:

Sales Manager or Sales Director must have experience selling toNordstrom buyers and/or Amazon and other top .com accounts

• Successful history of developing and cultivating dynamicrelationships with retailers
• Experience leading staff, including hiring, developing, and managingperformance
• Proven ability to identify solutions to balance demands of Retail Partnerswith company profitability and revenue target
