Sales/Education Coordinator (Beauty)


Position Overview: 
Responsible for the coaching and development ofteams, throughout multiple channels of distribution, that result in theachievement of sales plan. 

Develop Team-
-Build and inspire high-performance teams thatdeliver outstanding service experiences for clients as they discover products
-Flawlessly execute all education programs forselling skills, service, products and operations in line with brand priorities,business needs and marketing calendar
-Develop strong relationships in the SpecialtyMulti environment with both Store Management and Cast members
-Maintain a cohesive, cooperative workenvironment through team building and motivation

Drive Outstanding Customer Service-
-Coach and train teams on consumer retentionmanagement goals (CRM) 
-Ensure teams Stay Connected with all clients indata (pos) point of sale base through conducting thank you calls for visits,follow up calls to check results, replenishment calls for previous productpurchases and to offer invitations for events
-Resolve client issues, requests in an efficientand quick manner 

Business Management- 
-Create and maintain an atmosphere focused onachievement of sales and profit goals
-Analyze and review goal attainment and developstrategies to improve performance 
-Implements strategies to support marketingcalendar and business needs
-Ensure all T&E expenses fall within budgetguidelines 

Ensure Store Merchandising Standards- 
-Follow and implement all corporate visualpresentation standards and guidelines 
-Execute all visual merchandising updates toalign with marketing calendar, window changes, primary/ secondary table setups, new launch displays, signage placement, etc. 

Key Qualifications:
-1- 2 years management experience preferred
-Proven ability to drive results through teamdevelopment
-Specialty store management background a plus
-Outgoing and engaging personality 
-Must enjoy coaching, selling and providingservice 
-Excellent communication, leadership andorganizational skills 
-Ability to function in a fast-pacedenvironment 
-Professional attitude and ability quicklyassess situations and adapt to change
