Sales Executive Director

Client Overview:

Our client is a popular prestige beauty brand creating the latest makeup must-haves for every beauty enthusiast. Their glamourous, high-end, and modern cosmetics are featured on top television shows and applauded by beauty trendsetters.

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for managing sales relationships, shipments, sell thru, sales, buying, and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial retail strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to accelerate growth 
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, identify and develop market opportunities, and strengthen retail stores
• Negotiate and implement trade plans for key accounts and build strong partnerships with store management and staff across the country 
• Generate weekly and monthly retail sales performance reports by retailer and provide key insights and recommendations

• Establish and manage the sales budget and provide support on scheduling and priority management to the SEMs 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Extensive proven sales experience

• Ulta experience
