In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, including achieving sales targets and developing strategic plans to increase sales.
• Achieve annual sales targets and present annual sales quota to necessary personnel; represent the brand across accounts in assigned territory
• Manage domestic accounts, such as retailers and distributors; identify and establish new business opportunities; serve as the main contact for local partners
• Optimize product assortment and in store merchandising; maintain optimal in store inventory levels; develop retailer presentations
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans; establish localized marketing calendars, launch plans, and retailer specific marketing activities
• Identify and implement the most effective merchandising mix; prepare monthly stock to sales plans; generate weekly sell-thru reports
• Remain current on emerging industry trends; provide strategic and comprehensive recommendations to achieve efficient marketing spend with maximum sales impact
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience
• Fashion/trend knowledge and experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
