Sales Supervisor- Contemporary Lifestyle Brand- Newport Beach
We are looking for a Full Time Key Holder for high-end, lifestyle apparel brand in Newport Beach! Candidates must have experience in a high-end, clientele environment and be personable and fashionable!
- Responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service.
- Provide direct support to the Store Management by assisting with maintaining daily operations and operating procedures, as well as shipping/receiving and use.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
- Initiate and build relationships and core personal business through creative selling and use of a client book. Following through on all steps of the Retail Excellence program.
- Exceed monthly sales goals on a consistent basis, establish weekly sales plan and selling strategies.
- Assist in maintaining the visual and general maintenance of the selling floor.
- Handle customer's repairs from start to finish.
- Advise clients about the best fit of pieces according to their needs.
- Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, as well as retail Point of Sale systems.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
- Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities
- A positive and outgoing personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused.
