In this role, you would be responsible for managing strong relationships with key customers and providing the highest-level of customer service.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers and provide the highest-level of customer service at all times
• Oversee all new customer onboarding, including item setup sheets and communicating timeline of launch to all team members
• Evaluate key accounts and ensure targets are achieved, present key findings with the executive team, and share recommendations
• Process orders, ensure warehouse is following all routing guides for specific retailers, and ensure all retail account customers are notified of discontinuations
• Partner with the retailer to update assortment and merchandising and ensure updated displays have updated assortments per retailer
