Senior Account Executive

Title: Senior Account Executive

Position: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Up to 85k, DOE

Location: Philadelphia, center city  

Start Date: ASAP

As the Senior Account Executive, you have a firm understanding of strategy from concise and insightful creative briefs to media alternatives, and will work directly with clients and our internal teams to develop, oversee and assist with the implementation, budgeting and forecasting of client initiatives. You will lead the go to market activity and effectively execute integrated communications plans, oversee tracking and completion of client status reports, generate creative solutions to meet client needs, maintain strong client and internal cross-functioning relationships, and identify resources as needed. You will be vigilant in identifying upselling opportunities while looking after the best interests of the agency. You are someone who writes with clarity and expressive technique. You are always proactive, and don’t wait for orders or for the phone to ring. When presenting agency work and ideas, you communicate with confidence and a diplomatic authority, with preparedness to defend agency work where/when appropriate, and have the ability to build client and internal stakeholder trust organically.

- Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote

- Asana Project Management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years Account Management experience

- Hands-on experience with integrated campaign development and execution

- Ability to discuss and identify current and future client branding and communication needs

- Presence in the PHL market, with ability to travel

- Experience in achieving revenue and profit goals

- Proven ability to sell ideas and their value - eagerness to participate in new business

- Savvy negotiation skills

- Ability to motivate and radiate a positive attitude

- Strong leadership abilities
