Senior Account Manager

As the Senior Account Manager, you would be responsible for managing strong relationships with assigned customers and monitoring customers’ sales, order entry, and profitability.
• Maintain and build strong business relationships with assigned customers and monitor customers’ sales, order entry, and profitability
• Develop and implement commercial and business development strategy for each customer in partnership with management and account management
• Work with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and support the project management team with creating new projects based on client requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, packaging, purchasing, manufacturing, and R&D
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-10 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing and Client Services
• Excellent understanding of the cosmetic industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
