Senior Business Analyst - Consumer Engagement

In this position, you would be responsible for overseeing digital and marketing platforms, including eCommerce, e-mail marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and social.
• Oversee email marketing, including developing scripts and triggers and email templates and implementing email marketing plans
• Lead CRM functions, such as audience segmentation, targeting, master customer data design, and customer data interfaces
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish project plans, align resources, and oversee data
quality and compliance
• Maintain platform operations, serve as the key liaison with external vendors, and partner with the e-commerce team
• Bachelor’s degree
