Senior Director, Global Brand Management – Fragrance
Our client is an iconic beauty brand presenting the latest skincare, makeup, and fragrance must-haves. With their luxurious, on-trend, and innovative products, you can effortlessly create any flawless beauty look.
In this position, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining the global brand equity and strategy. You would also be responsible for directing brand innovation and strategy to achieve financial targets.
• Identify categories and subcategories to grow market, foresee market changes, and design and implement strategies
• Recognize hero products and strategies in key fast growing brand-building channels to achieve new business models
• Direct product development and pipeline to drive the brand's strategic plan and market share objectives
• Generate quarterly and annual reports highlighting sales trends, category shifts, market intelligence, and competition and present key insights
• Manage all aspects of product launches, including product selection, go-to-market strategy, and consumer journey
• 10+ years’ experience
• End-to-end beauty product launch experience
• Innovation ideation and product development background ?
• Global strategic product and category marketing plan experience?
