Sr. Manager, E-Retailer Sales

Client Overview:

Our client is an iconic, global BEAUTY brand with a massive portfolio across Mass, Pro and now Prestige channels (color cosmetics, nail, hair, fragrances, skincare). They just named a new CEO and are also going through an exciting digital transformation, building eComm/Digital teams from the ground up.  They are seeking entrepreneurial minded folks to join the wave! 

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for establishing strong relationships with to deliver volume, profit, and joint objectives. This reports into an SVP eComm and will be an individual contributor on a dynamic team alongside others who manage either,,, Walgreens, or 


  • Establish strong relationships with Buyers to deliver on the Brand volume, profit, and objectives and contribute to the customer total category growth

  • Manage + the Brand's business including digital strategies, optimize traffic, conversion; ensure navigation, search functionality, and product presentation maximizes customer experience 

  • Collaborate with the sales customer management team to ensure customer plans build overall business and drive omnichannel integration with

  • Implement customer business plans and negotiate annual business proposals

  • Oversee sell-in and business revenue and budget for E-Retailer business; partner with the US Sales + Finance to develop annual volume targets and P&L

  • Forecast and track volume; achieve P&L targets

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA (preferred)

  • 5+ years’ Sales/Marketing with some experience specific to sales

  • Prior experience developing + executing strategies/business plans

  • Prior experience with (required)

  • Prior Beauty/CPG experience (highly preferred)
