In this role, you would be responsible for creating and implementing department seasonal strategies. You would also be responsible for establishing department key concepts, key items, promotional strategies, and store assortments.
• Develop and implement department seasonal strategies, support division strategies, and achieve financial targets
• Establish department key concepts, key items, promotional strategies, and store assortments to ensure collection is commercially viable and provides innovative customer store experience
• Review the ranking of all styles based on historical and current product performance and marketplace information
• Identify business opportunities and risks in-season, analyze sales performance, and gather marketplace information
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years’ retail buying experience
• 1-3 years’ management experience
