Senior Wholesale Operations Coordinator

24 Seven are working exclusivly on a highly confidential Senior Wholesale Operations Coordinator role for a very well known cosmetic group.

Job Description




  • Manage the orders email inbox, responding to all UK and Export queries and processing all orders on SAP received from customers and Account Managers, and for the US & Canada queries and orders.

  • Provide up to date information on shipping and order fulfilment to the customers and account managers through the ‘Open Items’ list.

  • Manage back orders and keep customers informed of stock shortages and lead times.

  • Liaise with the warehouse on a daily basis regarding special delivery requests, transit times, carriage quotes and export documents and dealing with any queries following despatch, delivery times and picking errors.

  • Complete the processing of sales invoices on a daily basis.

  • Set up new accounts on the SAP system and maintain up to date records on file.

  • Arrange customer returns by liaising with clients and Account Managers.

  • Check GRNs upon receipt of goods at the warehouse, and issuing subsequent credit notes to the customer using SAP.

  • Contribute to the overall business direction and strategy.

  • Weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reporting as the business requires.

  • Organisational skills demonstrated through managing time effectively, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

  • Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role.
