In this role you will be performing administrative duties and tasks.
- Receive emails, faces, phone calls and letters
- Assist in planning, organizing and recording internal meetings, briefings, seminars and events
- Receive and direct department visitors; distribute forms and answer employee questions regarding company procedures.
- Screen incoming phone calls and department mail
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Tenacity and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Experience working in a diverse team
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and non-linear decision making processes
