We are seeking website professionals who will combine their technical expertise and understand our customers’ needs to drive an exceptional online shopping experience. A Site Merchandiser works to make sure the right products are presented in the right way, at the right time, at the right price and in the right combination to encourage web visitors to buy.
Daily role will include:
Maintaining the website, ensuring all web promotional assets are implemented, collaborating on new landing page design and links, and being the final step of the process in getting non product content to the website.
Analyze site metrics to connect web behavioral profiles to customer, sales and merchandising data; partnering with web analytics to support deep dive analysis on current customer and business trends
Report out to Merchandising to assist them in proactively making forward looking decisions on pricing, augmented assortments via sizing, color, additional styles and brands and for marketing efforts
Proactively identify problems that arise by cross-browser bugs, finding fixes and escalating issues.
Work closely with Site Merchandising Manager to solve issues Analyze site abandonment to understand customer dissatisfaction and opportunities to increase conversion for respective FOB.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 3 years wholesale experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Wholesale eCommerce program management with CommerceHub experience preferred Buying office experience preferred Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects Advanced skills in Excel Intermediate skills in Word Ability to work independently or in groups/teams Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to take initiative, anticipating business needs above and beyond explicit instructions
