Social Media Director

Client Overview:

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for directing the communications strategy to drive brand awareness, increased customer engagement, brand advocacy, and campaign activation.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement an integrated communication strategy to drive brand awareness, increased customer engagement, brand advocacy, and campaign activation
• Establish social content and engagement strategy for the brand and leverage social activities to generate buzz, brand, and product visibility 

• Optimize media and editorial strategy to maximize exposure and impressions and secure exclusive stories to support brand’s business objectives 

• Implement program KPI’s, evaluate campaign performance metrics, and generate reports for social listening, social profiling, media impressions, and editorial features

• Manage a team of five direct reports and one dotted line report, foster a collaborative environment, and provide guidance

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred

• 10+ years’ digital strategy and social media experience

• 5+ years’ team management and staff leadership experience
