Social Media Manager (Apparel)

Social Media Manger

Supporting the overall brand marketing and communications strategy in the area of social media, the Social Media Manager will enhance the Brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. 

• In charge of all Social Media platforms for both Men’s and Women’s including

• Develop and implement social media marketing plan to align with business goals 
• Create and manage the social media content calendar 
• Generate, edit, publish and share original, engaging content daily 
• Create a regular publishing schedule 
• Monitor and report on social analytics to marketing team 
• Promote content through social advertising 
• Promote conversion to sales through social channels 
• Partner with creative teams on content curation and development 
• Expand brand’s social media reach and maintaining favorable consumer sentiment 
• Maintain brands blog 
• Design, implement and continuously evolve brand influencer strategy 
• Serve as a liaison to demonstrate and provide case studies and training, as necessary, to individuals on how to leverage social media efforts in a positive association to the brand; contribute to social media corporate policies and best practices. 
• Maintain community management standards, moderation and escalation process 
• Develop, implement, and manage innovative ideas/promotions to drive greater relevance, engagement, and grow external social media communities 
• Stay current with social media trends and technologies and incorporate, as appropriate, to improve the customer experience, drive sales, and leverage ongoing customer involvement 
• Oversee and manage all social media accounts (monitoring and responding to followers, implementing onsite blogs, managing page design, etc.) 
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions 
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics 
• Generate, edit and publish engaging content for our reseller partners to leverage 
• Leverage the right tools to manage content 
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI 
• Identify, develop and manage UGC opportunities on social platforms 

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager 
• Hands on experience in content management 
• Excellent copywriting skills 
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) 
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics 
• Knowledge of online marketing channels 
• Familiarity with web design 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Analytical and multitasking skills
