Social Media Manager - Beauty

Our client, a beauty brand has an immediate need for a Social Media Manager. 


  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, how the participants of each platform use and engage, and how each platform works uniquely
  • Experience managing or leading social media campaigns as part of a brand team, understanding the importance of brand positioning and using the brand voice to engage the consumer
  • Ability to take brand plans and conceptualize how they translate into the social media experience through the creation of campaigns, advertising, contents, and posts
  • Experience and understanding of unique social media analytic platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO including keyword research
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, faced-paced and deadline driven
  • Collaborative and engaged in the total brand experience
  • PR, Marketing, and Communication experience for a beauty brand experience strongly preferred

 Role Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Creative Arts Manager and partner with Creative Arts Manager to create the Social Media strategy and plans
  • Creating and managing of the Social Media content calendar
  • Branded content and copy creation, aligned but unique for each platform
  • Content copy writing for posts
  • Partner with digital manager, artistic team, and creative arts manager to post current branded looks, immediately respond to and engage with social media followers, and provide a unique brand experience on each platform
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all company news, tactics and plans to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information and branded posts
  • Provide monthly social media analytics to key team members
