Our client, a leading name in the growing supplemental/ dietary industry, is looking to hire a full time social media manager on their team.
It would be onsite in their beautiful offices in Los Angeles.
As a Social Media Manager, your responsibilities would be as so…
o EXECUTION: You will create, schedule, and publish social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn). You will need to concept both independently and with their design/copywriting teams. You will create cohesion across all social media platforms, following brand guidelines while also developing new ideas.
o STRATEGY: You will serve as a social media representative in all integrated campaigns (earned, owned, paid media), working and strategizing across teams to ensure social media is incorporated properly and creatively.
o PARTNER ENGAGEMENT: Engage with and share partner posts. Work with partners (retail, influencer, affiliate) on social media and develop new ideas to strengthen our global brand.
o LISTENING: Manage social listening tool to identify trends, comments, coverage that requires attention from the marketing team.
o ENGAGEMENT: Work closely with Customer Care team to answer questions in a timely, on-brand and accurate manner.
