Social Media Manager (Fashion Brand) - Direct Hire!
Our client – a nationally known retail fashion brand – is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team in a full time role! Ecommerce experience preferred!
-Grow and expand company social media presence through engaging content and storytelling including social budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules
-Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly social reports to senior management that includes interpreting eCom and email data
-Ensure brand consistency in digital marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members including eCom, brand management and retail
-Skills in copywriting and differentiating the brand voice between two different brand verticals
-Monitor the company's social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Youtube
-Oversee community management and interaction with users across all social channels while working with the appropriate customer service teams on customer complaints received through social media channels
-Scheduling and publishing of all social content
-Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels
-Staying up-to-date on new social developments and how social can integrate into existing marketing channels
-Researching and monitoring competitors and social trends
-Concept and execution of Instagram Stories each week for each brand
-Assisting with occasional paid social or digital marketing efforts
-Assist Art Director + marketing team on social-specific photoshoots to be used across social media channels
-+3 years of past experience managing Social Media
-Able to complex data in an understandable way
-Proficiency with Google Analytics and Native Social Analytics
-Photoshop and InDesign is a plus!
