Position Overview As a writer, you’re responsible for crafting a variety of content, including social media posts, social ads, blog posts, webpage copy, video or streamer scripts, and more for a variety of gaming and high-tech clients. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to report on social campaigns alongside our paid media department to evaluate how content is resonating with our audiences. You will report to the Social Media/Content Director, to grow your writing skills and strategic knowledge of social media while getting a sneak peak at the newest in gaming and technology. Responsibilities Write content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Craft blog posts on technical topics. Create web content for everything from AI to gaming. Communicate to both B2B developer audiences, as well as consumer gaming audiences. Draft scrips that will be used by a variety of people, including influencers and celebrities. Track and report on various social and paid media campaigns. Provide insights on how campaigns can be run better or more efficiently. QA and checklist various forms of writing and reporting. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis so the work gets done and the team grows in trust, competency, and confidence. Job Requirements 3+ years of agency and/or in-house writing experience. Track record of success. A mastery of the high-tech industry. Must have geeky trivia knowledge.
