SR CRM Manager

Our client, a well-known advertising agency, is looking for a Senior CRM Manager/Strategist to start ASAP. This is an offsite role that is fulltime hours, contract is month to month ongoing. Candidates must be available to work PST hours (9-6).

In this role, you will own end-to-end customer relationship strategies from acquisition to loyalty, with a focus on optimizing performance metrics. Strategies include journey mapping and segment strategies and optimization across multiple channels, towards defined goals. You  will also provide strategic leadership to assigned accounts selling through strategic visions and programs to clients.
Brief development
Marketing audits (social, digital, CRM)
Conduct consumer & industry research
Develop content strategies and learning agendas
Develop segmentation strategist and learning agendas
Support teams and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables
Create detailed and actionable personas and journeys
Create client-ready presentations, case studies, and other deliverables and lead presentation to clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate ability to execute analysis and develop best practice for clients
Connect with across Account, Creative, Analytic teams to gather pertinent information like business objectives, past performance analysis, and messaging alignment for deliverable development.
Passionate about great story telling with an ability to package insights and strategy in compelling ways
Able to spark on-strategy content ideas with creative teams with inspiring stimuli
A communicator able to gain client trust and showcase the team’s credibility
Demonstrates sound judgment in all facets of communication with audiences, leadership, clients, and peers

Experience working with a broad range of B to B and large-scale B to C clients
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
5+ years in a CRM strategy¬ role
Experience working with Fortune 500 and/or global clients
Experience working at an agency or consulting firm
