Sr. Digital Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do
The sr. digital media buyer is responsible for the strategy and execution of our paid media buying campaigns. We expect you to be our resident expert on all things paid media and actively driving our paid media strategy to maximize sales and optimize campaign efficiency. You MUST have experience overseeing and managing large media buying budgets in a DTC environment.


Responsibilities Include:
Own all aspects of paid media strategy including but not limited to Facebook, Google, and SNAP
Launch, manage and optimize paid media buying campaigns to drive eCommerce sales and efficient customer acquisition
Track daily KPIs, manage $1-5M+ monthly budgets, perform A/B testing, and create monthly performance reports
Understand ad accounts performance, spend pacing, and working with the marketing team to ideate some creative concepts for Facebook ads
Writing copy and building ads in a timely manner
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices

What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience
3+ years experience in Digital Marketing and Media Buying
Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce
Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience with Google Ads Manager and SNAP a plus
Strong sense of ownership
Comfort with a rapidly evolving work environment, and experience taking initiative
Data-driven - can make decisions based on data and intuitions
Interest in apparel preferred
