Sr HR Recruiter

Leading Investment Management company is looking for a Sr Recruiter to join their team! 

Position Summary: 
In this position you will work closely with the internal recruiters to manage the logistics and execution of recruitment efforts. This position represents the front-line contact for all issues relating to recruiting. 

Specific Duties: 
- Partner with internal recruiters to manage full-life cycle recruiting process for various businesses 
- Maintain and track all recruitment activity in applicant tracking system including: posting jobs on internal and external job boards, updating/maintaining candidate information, collecting and gathering feedback, managing candidate activity on requisitions and keeping all candidate files up to date 
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate in person, phone, and video conference interviews along with arranging domestic and international travel for candidates 
- Process offer and new hire paperwork 
- Process candidate expense forms 
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and vendors 
- Assist with recruiting projects 

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university 
- Prior experience working in a professional environment, recruiting or HR preferred 
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity 
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently 
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment 
- Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, exceptional follow through, strong attention to detail, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results 
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, experience with Outlook meeting requests a plus but not required 
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
