Sr. Product Manager

Our corporate client in the Northwest Suburbs has an ambitious plan to evolve the digital experience for their customers around the world.  The Digital Marketing team is at the forefront of this critical initiative. The Web Product Manager is a senior position that will be at the center of a cross-functional team to identify, define and deploy innovative business tools to help our largest B2B customers manage their complex purchasing and project management needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the vision for the company's .com, prioritizing inbound business requirements and translating them into actionable roadmaps
  • Analyze customer insights, data and competitive information to expose points of friction in the customer journey and identify opportunities
  • Work closely with the customers, Sales, Marketing, CX and UX teams to understand the customer needs and to validate the product vision
  • Create business cases for site enhancements, clearly identifying goals, KPIs, and targets for proposed initiatives
  • Prioritize future site enhancements, delivering the highest value features first and making calculated trade-offs with data-driven decision making
  • Work with other Product and Dev teams to build and align multi-channel capabilities
  • Guide Product Owners, Business Analysts and Agile Dev Teams in story creation, priority and production maintenance
  • Establish feature acceptance criteria
  • Work with Marketing to develop an external communication plan to promote the benefits of the company's e-commerce tools and increase customer adoption
  • Work with Sales, Change Management and Learning & Development to drive internal digital transformation

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in a senior product management position
  • Experience in defining and executing against roadmaps using an agile methodology
  • E-commerce experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Robust experience collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence C-suite executives regarding product vision, roadmaps and priorities
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office and Adobe Analytics
  • A BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
