The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Act as an Ambassador for the brand
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
- Learn product knowledge and effectively communicate to clients
- Provide best in class customer service
- Minimum of 5-7 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Sales oriented and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- English speaker, foreign languages a plus
