Store Manager

Client Overview:

Our client is a premier technology company serving as a key player in the consumer electronic and internet industry. Their forward-thinking, innovative, and daring approach establishes them as a leader in the technology sector.  They will be opening up a retail pop-up store and need similar minded talent to support this initiative.

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for presenting exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, ensuring efficiency of staff and services, and managing daily operations at the store. You would also engage with consumers and demonstrate product and features.  Their ideal customer is a social adopter and technological advanced.


• Supervise staff to ensure efficiency and productivity; hire and retain employees; conduct employee performance reviews; maintain attendance records; plan and assign employee work schedules

• Engage with consumers to learn about their lifestyle and preferences; incorporate a customized approach and recommend products to enhance customers’ daily routines

• Connect with consumers by providing a fun, extraordinary, creative, and meaningful experience and provide an informative product driven conversation

• Remain knowledgeable about emerging technology trends; champion the brand, share expertise product knowledge, and demonstrate products capabilities and features

• Greet customers, open and close the store, and maintain an organized store presentation

Key Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of retail experience with 2-3 years’ related retail management experience

• Passionate about technology

• Possess strong communication, team oriented, customer service, and solution oriented skills

Rate: $29/hr
