Position Overview:

In this role you will be acting as the General Manager and will be providing exceptional standards of one-on-one client services.


  • Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer's questions and resolving any issues in a friendly, accurate and timely manner
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team with the ultimate customer experience in mind
  • Drive individual sales of each team member as well as total store sales

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience within the luxury sector
  • Passionate about customer service, team management and understand the current trends in the market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
