An award-winning and well recognized mattressbrand is seeking a Store Manager for a 6-month pop-up opportunity! Thisposition ensures that the store provides the highest level of customer servicepossible. Manages staff and finds new ways to improve sales while meetingcustomer demands.
• Promote and monitor quality service amongstaff through training and by acting as a positive role model
• Be personally available to customers tocommunicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns
• Maintain staff levels that allow for the bestpossible customer service
• Delegate workload appropriately andeffectively
• Manage stock levels and make key decisionsabout stock control
• Ensure that goals will be met throughappropriate planning and organization of staff, inventory, and expenses forshort term success. Make sure each employee is aware of sale goals for eachweek
• Monitor the loss prevention program to protectthe Company's inventory and assets and minimize annual shrink
• Take necessary action to lower expenses ifsale goals are not being met
• Excellent verbal, written communication skillsand problem solving abilities
