Store Manager

PositionOverview:

In this role, you would be responsible for presenting exceptionalcustomer service, driving retail sales, ensuring efficiency of staff andservices, and managing daily operations at the store.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage store performanceto ensure customers receive highest level of customer service; achieve retailsales targets; establish a luxurious and comfortable client experience

• Supervise staff toensure efficiency and productivity; hire and retain employees; conduct employeeperformance reviews; maintain attendance records; plan and assign employee workschedules

•Support the development of employee sales techniques and professionaldevelopment; ensure utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximizesales 

•Analyze sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and setbusiness strategies; greet customers, open and close thestore, and maintain an organized store presentation

 

Key Qualifications:

Retail customer service experience

• Possessstrong communication, organizational, and management skills
