Strategic Messaging Manager
Responsibilities: • Advises on the best methods to meet research project goals and initiatives of the department/organization • Manages research project schedules for research vendors • Analyzes research to evaluate market conditions, customer dynamics, competition, market segmentation, brand equity, marketing programs, advertising and communication. • Prepares polished, high-impact market research presentations to present key findings and related insights to decision makers. • Helps maintain database of primary and secondary research reports for use by organization. • Responsible for updating the enterprise-wide marketing calendar Skills / Experience: • Bachelor degree in market research, business, marketing or related field with a demonstrated aptitude for drawing customer insights. • Five (5) + years working in a large marketing organization or hands-on marketing and customer insights/marketing/research experience. • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Office software suite • Strong critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation; aptitude for drawing meaningful insights. • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead/complete complex projects and processes • Deadline oriented with proven task-completion record; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and stress management practices. • Works well in a team, leading or otherwise, adapting well to changing circumstances and situations • Capable of managing expectations and working with customers to gather functional project requirements that lead to results that matter.
