Position overview:In this role, you will be supporting 3 Strategy Directors on day to day administrative duties and assist with resource planning.
- Calendar management for 3 Directors
- Travel and Expenses for 3 Directors
- Group planning of events, parties, team meetings etc.
- Resource Planning for entire team (who is working on what etc.)
- General admin support for the group
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior advertising experience is a plus
- Account or strategy experience is a plus
- Strong administrative skills
