Position Overview:

In this role you will interact closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience and efficient hiring process.


  • Support recruiters with sourcing at all levels and functions
  • Update and maintain master Recruitment Vacancy Report in order to capture recruitment metrics and prepare analysis
  • Manage all job requisitions and postings to ensure date integrity
  • Provide high touch experience to ensure key communication takes place with all candidate throughout the entire interview process
  • Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules including in-person, telephone, offsite and videoconference

Key Qualifications:

  • Expert in Office MS Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Taleo experience requires
  • HR and HRIS system experience preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, act with discretion
