Technical Architect Deployment Manager

In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing daily operations of core marketing platforms and working with the strategy team. You would also be responsible for building targeted audience segments and deploying A/B tests.
• Manage daily operations of core marketing platforms, including setup, system management, and reporting using CRM systems
• Work with the strategy team to develop, automate, and test behavioral email customer journeys, newsletters and multi-touch promotional campaigns across a wide range of online channels
• Build targeted audience segments based on email behavioral data and CRM attributes and deploy A/B tests to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for the migration of data and campaigns from one platform to another
• Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation and procedures, SLA’s, programs, and workflows
• 3+years’ experience configuring, testing and optimizing multi-touch nurture email campaigns through an enterprise level ESP
• Experience with multivariate testing, building segments, and deploying dynamic content
