Our client, the world's leading creator and distributor of visual content is looking for a Technical SEO Manager.

Your Next Challenge:

 • Lead SEO and search-discovery projects through from business case creation, technical requirements generation, kickoff, development, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis
• Participate in efforts through research, strategy development and presentations to grow the brands
• Research and analyze industry changes/developments in search engine optimization and search discovery across multiple channels and programs including content and social
• Work closely with marketing, content, and PR teams to create, launch and promote content
• Train internal teams to optimize and activate content
• Provide direction on generating highly-creative on-brand content that gets noticed in local markets
• Create and present written recommendations for search performance improvements
• Analyze and diagnose technical website issues that impact SEO 
• Be able to clearly communicate technical requirements to both developer and non-technical stakeholders
• Collect, aggregate, analyze, and report on the SEO channel

Technical Knowledge
• Demonstrate knowledge of crawling and indexation factors
• Demonstrate knowledge of page rendering and load speed factors
• Be able to clearly communicate technical requirements to both developer and non-technical stakeholders

Content Strategy
• Work independently and with localization to perform advanced international keyword research using diverse data sets 
• Develop and execute content strategy, generating new content based on research, regional and merchandising needs 

Link and Authority Building
• Focus on international link development, acquire authoritative, relevant links
• Partner with PR and social media to develop programs to acquire diverse quality links
• Partner with SEO analyst to identify and solve for link opportunities
• Develop and execute international inbound linking strategy
• Develop and execute internal linking strategy 

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years direct experience in search engine marketing.
• Enterprise level, international marketing experience is desired. 
• Ability to create strong business cases using data and competitive analysis.
• Proven ability to grow meaningful traffic by executing on a successful content strategy
• Experience in keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent ability to partner with marketing, usability, product management, technology and other teams to affect on-site and off-site impact.
• Excellent writing skills.

• Experience in developing and implementing SEO for ecommerce and publishing brands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, etc or equivalent experience.
