Our client is looking to hire a training lead, with 5+ years of experience that specializes supply chain management and has experience with system implementation. Please see the job description below.
Brief Job Description: In this position, you will be part of a team completing a transformational supply chain management system implementation. This will be a fast-paced, high-profile project, and you will be part of a small change management team. Collaborating with the change team and working with stakeholders and business partners, you will develop and execute the training strategy. Previous training experience on a system implementation is preferred. Supply chain project in a training role is a plus. You must be comfortable collaborating, primarily remotely, with individuals in a range of roles from across the company. IT and/or utility industry experience is also a plus.
Education requirements: Organizational training education and experience required.
Required Skills: Ability to:
• Plan, develop and execute training strategy for multiple audiences
• Lead a small team of trainers to implement the training at different levels
• Provide training in virtual and classroom environment
• Write and create e-learning and/or videos

WFH or will this person need to be onsite: COVID-19 currently dictates a largely work-remote schedule at this time, they must be present M-F to work onsite once deemed safe by PGE following state guidelines.
