User Acquisition Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Build successful UA campaigns across every critical platform including FB, Instagram, Google, etc. Demonstrate a blend of creativity and analytical skills with results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to taking over the world Lead UA reporting on platform and assigned campaigns, working with external & key internal stakeholders to iterate on critical campaign decisions in real time Effectively communicate with advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance Seek, test, and evaluate new advertising channels & partners to uncover new ways to develop and constantly improve overall strategy Constantly work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly Juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms REQUIREMENTS BA/BS in marketing, finance, mathematics, economics or equivalent 3-5 years experience in user acquisition, performance marketing and/or media buying Experience building and managing relationships with third party media partners Experience in metric-driven role focused on ROI Expert knowledge of metrics i.e. CTR, CPC, CPI, ROAS, ARPU, Retention, LTV, etc. Google Analytics & Tableau An Excel grand master Experience working in media & entertainment, social, mobile app/game industry a plus Expert negotiation skills Strong team player Passionate about pop culture (comics, games, films, TV)
