UX Content Strategist

Position Overview:

As the UX Content Strategist, you would be responsible for solving complex problems by using data, analytics, and business objectives. You would also be responsible for leading generative research and developing compelling content.


• Solve complex problems by using data, analytics, and business objectives to inform customer-facing content 
• Lead generative research by visiting the store and overseeing user testing and define the value prop in new initiatives
• Create compelling content across onboarding, toasts, modals, error messages, FAQ, transactional emails, and SMS
• Ensure UX copy achieves the highest-level of compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and oversee messaging to ensure satisfactory E2E experiences
• Audit content, ensure consistency throughout the experience, and enhance flows, page organization and information architecture 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designers and Researchers to support a cohesive UX ecosystem 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years’ experience

• Experience engaging with product and design teams to create value propositions and other content resources
