Vice President, Brand and Digital

In this highly visible role, you would be responsible for managing all aspects of the digital and brand strategy, including development and implementation. You would also be essential in fostering a collaborative cross-functional environment and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
• Oversee digital and brand content strategies, including concept development, copywriting, and engagement; monitor content calendars and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Establish influencer relations programs across digital platforms; provide strategic guidance to drive optimal results; lead influencer engagements, identify influencer networks, create budgets, establish timelines, and monitor quality standards
• Liaise with various cross-functional teams to create, implement, optimize, and measure campaigns across various channels; produce analytical reports, highlighting results and ROI
• Identify and build new service offerings for digital presence; collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance digital thinking and best practices
•Manage digital budgets and teams for sizable accounts, focusing on profitability, incremental growth, account service quality, and employee development
• Extensive experience in brand and digital marketing
• Knowledgeable about the beauty industry
