VP of Digital Marketing

Position Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for identifying marketing strategies and compelling brand campaigns and partnerships to generate revenue, drive traffic to our website and increase customer acquisition and retention rates.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop data-driven customer annual marketing plans and promotions designed to drive engagement and incremental sales through targeted and personalized offers to achieve marketing and business goals 
• Lead campaign development for the brand and identify appropriate brand campaign type, messaging, offers and timing to maximize response rate and ROI 
• Identify best practices and opportunities to optimize messaging and content to maximize campaign effectiveness and share key insights with across the organization and members of the board 
• Develop customer file and identify new acquisition channels including paid search engine marketing, (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and affiliate marketing 
• Leverage third party database to implement online and offline programs to broaden reach and grow our customer database 
• Lead our CRM program including overall strategy, communication planning, analysis and optimization

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years continuous finance, marketing/brand management experience, with focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, promotions, retargeting and analytics 
• CRM/ direct marketing experience required: in-depth understanding of CRM metrics and financial ROI analysis 
• Demonstrated success designing, implementing and optimizing direct marketing campaigns based on customer data 
• Big-picture thinker with experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment able to transform strategic vision into concrete & viable action plan 
• Abe to inspire and influence across the organization & our partners to gain alignment and support for the business plans
