VP of Retail

In this role, you would be responsible for driving top line sales targets for the US and Canada retail channels.
• Drive and achieve top line sales targets for the US and Canada retail channels and establish a sales strategy for long term sales expansion
• Conduct business reviews with all retailers, deliver core assortment growth across retailer network, and drive successful new product and market launches within the sales channels
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and yearly turnover receipts in conjunction with open to buy planning per retailer and team
• Evaluate current sales performance, identify new opportunities to drive future growth, and manage sales budget
• Develop and execute launch strategies for new products maximizing sell in and sell through opportunities
• 15+ years’ prestige beauty sales experience
• Experience at VP level or above
• Sephora, ULTA, and department store experience in skincare
• Proven success in aggressive sales growth with a prestige brand and product introductions
• Experience managing sales, education and planning for multiple distribution channels
