VP of Sales

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for driving sales growth throughout various distribution channels serving the various product categories.


• Establish overall sales targets, manage forecasting, and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals are achieved

• Deliver presentations to upper management and to accounts and manage strong relationships with customers

• Lead the strategic development of accounts in partnership with Sales Representatives and implement marketing initiatives to grow business
• Develop a strategic business and sales plan for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability

• Expand customer base and grow market share by identifying and opening new accounts in collaboration with Sales Representatives

• Mentor and train Sales Representatives and provide guidance through field observations and frequent communication

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ selling experience in a related industry
• 3-5 years’ management experience in a related industry
• Established relationships with accounts in consumer product categories
