Web Content Specialist
Our client, a national healthcare company, is looking for a passionate Web Content Specialist to join their team.
Primary Job Purpose:
-As part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing team, the Web Production Specialist plays a support role in creating web experiences for a variety of audiences.
-This role is responsible for the day-to-day updating and maintenance of the organization’s websites and manages content from multiple internal departments.
-This person may also manage projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements Competencies and Knowledge:
-Experience managing content production in the website, mobile app, and digital media work spaces.
-Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
-Demonstrated proficiency with HTML and Microsoft Office applications.
-Familiarity with AP Style.
-Familiarity with modern design principals and importance of corporate branding standards.
-Ability to manage multiple projects at once while remaining organized and flexible.
-Demonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action.
-Ability to interface with Stakeholders to locate and pursue content.
-Experience with seeking out and incorporating customer feedback.
Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:
-Web Production Specialist I would have a Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field and at least 2 years of experience in website content production or equivalent combination of education and experience.
