Web Producer
Responsibilities:
• Assist with SEO efforts including site optimizations & outreach
• Develop and maintain digital content to support and deliver an optimal consumer experience across desktop, mobile and tablet
• Planning and coordination of web and digital campaign support onsite with internal stakeholders, agency partners, creative team and development team
• Manage content development for landing pages, onsite promotions and product and/or software support
• Develop requirements for content management system and site search capabilities
• Analytics and performance metrics for website traffic, conversions and digital marketing campaigns
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Strong knowledge with using A/B testing tools such as Maxymiser, Optimizely or Google Optimize
• Familiarity with Magnolia, Drupal, dotCMS or similar content management system
• Performance driven with clear knowledge and passion for online measurement strategies, tools and techniques
• Working knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, web publishing, and experience design.
• Strong understanding of responsive design
• Experience with conversion testing and landing page/funnel optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional project teams
• Knowledge of multi-variant testing tools and methodologies
• Experience in personalization tools to deliver audience based digital experiences
• 5 years of direct experience in managing all or part of a consumer facing website
• 1-2 years of direct experience with a web-based product or service company a plus
• 1-2 years of direct experience with an interactive agency a plus
• Bachelor Degree required and MBA a plus
