Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring the brand’s quality standards are achieved and maintained. You would also be responsible for reviewing customer comments and ensuring feedback achieves quality standards.


• Ensure the brand’s quality standards are achieved, preserved, and maintained; communicate items not aligned with the company’s quality standards

• Conduct initial and comprehensive review of customer comments and reviews to ensure feedback meets defined quality standards

• Assist with ad hoc projects and present recommendations to management to improve tools, policies, and procedure

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, remain current of emerging industry trends, and provide recommendations

Key Qualifications:

• Related eCommerce experience

• Possess strong communication, problem solving, and detailed oriented skills

• Bilingual in Spanish, Korean, Italian, German, Japanese, French, Chinese, Arabic, or Russian preferred
