Wholesale Customer Service Rep

Our client, an a leading footwear brand, is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Rep to join their team! The ideal individual will have outstanding communications skills and a success-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of customer contact via phone and e-mail correspondence to inquiries.
    Build and maintain strong and loyal business relationships with customers and vendors by providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Provide excellent customer service through fast and accurate issue analysis, communication, and coordination with other team members or departments to resolve issues.
  • Process product returns and repairs, including logging and providing corresponding paperwork to accounting.
  • Maintain customer and transaction records in company database.
  • Other Internet support activity as necessary. Ex. Coordinating online promotions or contests, gathering and organizing information for analysis as requested, filling custom and bulk orders, etc.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Prior customer-facing experience with wholesale customers required
  • Highly collaborative in an open-space atmosphere
  • Positive, friendly, "can-do" attitude!
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of work experience within a customer service, marketing, or sales role
