Wholesale Customer Service Representative

In this role, you would be responsible for providing exceptional customerservice and ensuring products are shipped on-time.
• Provide optimal customer service experience and provide solutions forclients
• Offer newmethods to enhance customer service and streamline processes to better servecustomers
• Utilizeinternal management system to effectively help customers and track all issues
• Manage allaspects of order processing, payment, fulfillment, exchanges and returns
• Log orders in the system, track orders, and ensure products areshipped on-time
• Review and approve returns and provide administrative support asnecessary
• Experience with ERP systems and customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
