Wholesale Sales Manager, Accessories (partially remote)

Client Overview: 

Our client is an established accessories/fashion brand that's  been around for over 25 years. They pride themselves on high-quality, unique prints/designs and even some handmade tie-die. They're best known for their wraps, shawls + beautiful jewelry. They cater to both high-end and mass price points.

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for sell-in and sell- through across luxury Department Stores (i.e. Nordstrom, Neimans, Saks, Bergdorfs); Specialty and Mass Market (i.e. Macys, Target, Walmart, Cosco). Very little travel (less than 5%) with opportunity to work partly from home, if desired, or in their Manhattan office/showroom. 


  • Forecast and conduct sales analysis for revenue streams across wholesale accounts; translate the data into strategic solutions to drive business

  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and evaluation reports; create monthly productivity reports and update the business on sales and marketing activity

  • Work directly with wholesalers to establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers; serve as a key contact and respond to inquiries

  • Mark line sheets; coordinate appointments; log and track purchase orders for multiple accounts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, remain current of emerging industry trends, and provide recommendations

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ Wholesale Sales experience in Fashion/Accessories

  • Experience with luxury Department stores, Specialty, or Mass market

  • Buyer relationships with Key Accounts (see above)

  • Strong follow-up; proactive; reliable; works well autonomously 

  • Basic Excel skills 

  • Able to work in Manhattan office/showroom 2-3 days/week
